Dear participants of Flow 2020!

In light of the developing CoVid-19 situation and the significant health risks to all participants, as well as uncertain planning risk to Vienna Scouts and Guides, our board members and project management teams discussed the possibilities continuing with Flow – Vienna International Jamboree 2020.

As a consequence of these discussions, we have taken the very difficult decision to cancel Flow – Vienna International Jamboree 2020. We regret to have to take this decision, but we see it as our responsibility to put the safety of participants, leader, staff and our organisation first.

We have taken the decision that all participation fees paid to Flow 2020 by groups and volunteer staff will be refunded. Your Group Leader will be informed of the process to follow in order to claim this money back within the coming week. Please be patient. All our staff are volunteers and we will make every effort to make payments promptly but with a large number of individual payments to be made, this will take time. Please note, we cannot reimburse any monies spent on travel or other activity linked to Flow 2020.
